| The affordable housing tour will highlight diverse examples of affordable homes
in
the City of Santa Clara including teacher rental homes, ownership
homes for low-income families, transitional homes for youth, and
senior housing. These examples showcase collaborative efforts
by organizations and the City to provide
for the full-spectrum of housing
needs
in a community. The developments to be visited are:
- Bill Wilson Center
- Gateway Santa Clara
- Riverwood Place / River Grove
- Habitat for Humanity
- Cortez Street Condominiums
- Casa Del Maestro
- Homesafe 1
Pre-registration is required. No cancellations, but substitutions are welcome.

walking shoes!
